Gangnam is the first city that comes to mind when we think of Seoul. I think it’s because both population density and floating population are high. Let me introduce you to a Bossam restaurant in Gangnam, downtown Seoul.

Banhaneun Bossam, Gangnam’s famous restaurant, serves various menus including the set menu of Bossam. There are also other menus such as Small Octopus Bibimbap and Soft tofu stew set.

If you order more than 2 servings of the Bossam set, you can add soft tofu stew for 3,000 won, so I ordered 2 servings of the Bossam set and soft tofu stew with my party. Basic side dishes that are served after ordering. Seasoned bean sprouts, Cheongpomuk, fish cakes, pickled peppers.

The main menu is the Bossam set, which was served with larger cuts of meat, Bossam kimchi, and ripe kimchi for a plate.

Bossam kimchi and ripe kimchi were put on top of the Bossam meat. As much as it looked delicious, it tasted good.

    

I recommend you to have a bite of soft tofu stew after eating white rice + meat. The moderately spicy taste made my throat refreshed.
