Hapjeong Famous Ramen Restaurant IRIE RAMEN
18, Seongji 1-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul, 1st floor
About 5 minutes-walk from Hapjeong Station Exit 7 * Parking is not allowed, park in the nearby public parking lot
It was a small and cute store that could be seen in Japanese dramas. It was a c-shaped structure and I think it was about 15 seats.
[IRIE RAMEN MENU]
Sioramen Sea bream Sioramen Tonkotsu misoramen Aburi Soba Side menu
Sioramen made with chicken broth Domicio made with sea bream broth Tonkotsu made with pork broth Aburi Soba, a stir-fried noodle
We chose Sioramen and Tonkotsu ramen.
Kkakdugi (sliced radish kimchi), vinegar, paper cups, chopsticks, etc. that are provided for each seat
And there are hair ties for women.
Tonkotsu miso ramen had a very strong and savory taste with cabbage and chopped onions inside. The taste was a bit strong, so it was a bit stimulating. The broth was very thick and the noodles were chewy.
Sioramen was a clean style with clear broth compared to tonkotsu ramen. The char siu inside was big and delicious, and it was nice to drink hot soup.
It was one of the best Japanese ramens I’ve ever had.
The combination of the egg and the broth was great
Sioramen is my tatste. When I want to eat hot soup, I think of IRIE RAMEN! It’s starting to rain right now and I suddenly want to eat it again.
I recommend IRIE RAMEN as a good restaurant for Hapjeong Ramen. I will try Aburi Soba next time.
