These days, when food prices have risen, I sometimes want to eat new food to feel new, but I often hesitate because of the price. However, if I eat the same kind every time, I’ll get sick of it. To be atmospheric, I would like to introduce you to a place that serves cuisines that you haven’t tried often. It’s ROMAOK.
ROMAOK
The famous French philosopher Voltaire (1694-1778) looked at the Holy Roman Empire that existed at the time and said, “It’s not divine, it’s not Rome, it’s really not the empire.” Actually, that was exactly how I felt when I first saw ROMAOK. It was not Rome’s atmosphere (the interior lighting was a little dark and didn’t look like Rome) and the word ‘OK’ is a Chinese word, but I didn’t understand why it was included in the name.
I had no information at all because it was a restaurant that I happened to enter while meeting other people because of the appointment. So I thought so when I saw the name of the restaurant. It was a fusion-specialized restaurant. I was very curious about the food that combined Korean food and Western food in a modern style.
When I ordered food, most of the time, cucumber pickles were served for refreshing the mouth, but I was very surprised that white kimchi came out here. I was even more surprised that the tartar steak I ordered as an appetizer was served with nurungji. At first, I was like, ‘Is this right?’. But it was really delicious.
There were many fusion menus, but unfortunately, my group and I simply wanted to eat spaghetti rather than the fusion menu, so we ordered three seafood spaghetti and enjoyed it very much.
I’m going to order a fusion menu and try it when I go again later. Why don’t you try new foods like fusion rather than having similar foods every time?
