Hello, I’m Gongdeuri. :) I’m going to introduce the good restaurant where Frenched Rack is a signature menu, but what I like the most is another menu. On my first visit, I remember coming to eat Frenched Rack and going out with a rave review of the cooked pork rind. However, pork rind is a food that people either like or dislike, so if you enjoy having it, please visit it!

It is a Jeju black pork restaurant near Mangwon Station Exit 2. It’s the restaurant where you can accompany your dog. They sold Frenched rack as their signature and also sold basic pork such as pork belly, pork neck, and pork cheek meat. And there were various side menus just like a good restaurant. Order the pork rind, pineapple, Johnsonville sausage, red shrimp or Paldo Bibimmyeon, etc. to suit your taste :) Best of all, I could have Jeju Wit Ale draft beer!

As expected, Frenched rack was the basic menu at all tables as it was the representative menu. It was really thick and the great Frenched rack I’ve ever had. :) The staff cooked and cut it.

And my best pick menu was the “pork rind”. It was the least smelled pork rind I’ve ever eaten, and it was savory! So it’s one of the restaurants I go often until now. The pork rind here was seasoned with a little strong sauce, so it tasted a little thick and salty. Come and visit Mapo-gu, a neighborhood with many good restaurants. 🙂
